Tempo

ADOPTED!

Tempo

Color:               DSH Tortoiseshell, copper eyes
Born:                November 5, 2023
Gender:           Spayed Female, micro-chipped

History:

Tempo was an owner-surrender. Due to limited space in our foster homes, we could only accept a cat who had been quarantined for at least two weeks prior to coming to us. Tempo needed some where to go, she'd been quarantined for over two weeks, and so we accepted her into the Society.

Personality:

What a happy little cat Tempo is. This long and lean tortoiseshell girl is still a kitten, and it shows: she’s curious about everything – she especially likes accompanying you to the washroom – and sees everything as a toy. Tempo is an active girl and likes playing: string-toys are good for chasing and fighting, but rolling balls and squeaky mice also are attractions. Playing with another cat is often on her agenda: she and Brazil – another feline awaiting adoption – chase each other, especially in the mornings, and have recently started wrestling; Tempo seems more a fan of that than Brazil, but with her wiry body, she does have an advantage. She’s no longer the talker she was before she was spayed – her nights are quiet - but she will periodically hold a conversation with you. People are just fine, as far as Tempo is concerned: she hasn’t jumped on to any laps, but if placed there, she will stay and knead and purr and knead and purr. Strangers don’t make her anxious, and are just prospective friends. For humans or other cats, Tempo has a lot of potential for friendship.
